Director of Community Studies of Comunidad Mujer
Economist and Minor in Sociology from the Pontificia Universidad Católica and Master in Public Policies from the Universidad de Chile. She worked as a researcher in the National Council of Culture and Arts, Central Bank of Chile and in FOCUS, Studies, and Consultancies. Her professional experience is linked to research and development, systematization and statistical analysis. Since May 2014, she has been the Director of Community Studies for Women, where, among others, she led the “GET REPORT. Gender, Education, and Work: The persistent gap. The first study on gender inequality in the life cycle. A review of the last 25 years”.
